Passionné par l’immobilier depuis toujours, Félix acquiert son premier immeuble à l’âge de 19 ans seulement. Il additionne ensuite les études au bac en administration des affaires, puis en courtage immobilier résidentiel et commercial pour se lancer officiellement comme courtier immobilier en 2015.
